Putih
Putih (which translates to ‘White’ in English) was brought in by Mark, an independent rescuer. Putih is one of our long term sanctuary residents. She was rescued from a local beach by Mark, who had been keeping tabs on her for some time. Putih is a senior dog, and was found with a terrible health condition called “TVT”, which is described as a transmissible venereal tumor.
Mark did a fantastic job of rescuing her and getting her the critical treatment she needed to survive. Putih is painfully shy, and very sweet. But having endured many trials during her days on the beach, she’s a work-in-progress as far as getting her used to socializing normally with other dogs, as well as people. Happily, she’s come a long way, and is opening up to the world again!
Please be part of her story, and come say hello to Putih when you visit!
